As our “busy season” is now in effect, we would like to remind you all of our appointment confirmation and cancellation policies. Please read the following.

 

Salon Policy

• We will send you a reminder text and/or email 72 hours before your scheduled appointment asking you to confirm your appointment.
• YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Once you receive the reminder, we will give you 24 hours to confirm your appointment
• If you do not confirm your appointment, we will contact you via the contact info you’ve provided
• If you are unreachable within that day (48 hours before your appointment) your appointment will be
CANCELLED

Cancellation Policy

We are currently scheduling by appointment only.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid you being charged a fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can call the salon at (760) 321-1023 or text us at
(833) 267+8511. If you are reaching us after-hours, please leave a voicemail.
• More than 24 hours notice: Appointment will be cancelled at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will need to be charged.
• No-Shows or SAME DAY cancellations: 100% of service price will be charged
if your card on file is declined, or we do not have your card on file, a balance will be added to your account until you are able to pay it
No future appointments can be made unless you have paid your balance
